The People Behind ADHD Family Network

Ciara D'Rozario
ADHD Coach
CACP

My path into ADHD coaching is rooted in both professional training and lived experience.
As a parent, partner, and individual with ADHD, I understand the realities, challenges, and strengths that shape everyday life and family relationships.
Through ADHD and Family Coaching, I support individuals and families to feel understood, empowered, and capable.
My work focuses on practical tools, confidence-building, and creating lives that work with ADHD rather than against it.

Mirka Frommenwiler
ADHD Coach
ACCG, PCAC, PCC

My journey into ADHD coaching grew from professional experience and personal life. Through my work as a coach and raising my own child with ADHD, I saw how deeply ADHD can influence daily life, relationships, confidence, and self-belief.
I bring together evidence-based ADHD coaching, family coaching training, and lived experience to create a compassionate and practical space. I support individuals and families to recognise strengths, build supportive strategies, and move forward with confidence and hope.

Cate O'Connor
ADHD Coach
CACP

My path into ADHD coaching began with my own diagnosis, a moment that brought clarity and self-understanding. Learning how my ADHD brain works helped me move from self-criticism to compassion and develop supportive strategies. This experience inspired me to help others better understand themselves and their ADHD.
Combining ADHD coaching with my experience as a Youth Worker and lived experience, I support individuals and families to better understand ADHD and feel less alone.
